ounces
Filtered water
Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of freshly ground coffee beans.
Fill the mug with filtered water, leaving about an inch of space from the rim.
Gently stir the coffee grounds and water together in the mug.
Place the mug in the microwave and heat on high for 1.5 minutes (adjust time based on microwave wattage).
After each 30-second interval, take out the mug, stir the coffee, and check the temperature.
Once the coffee reaches your desired temperature, let it sit in the microwave for a minute or two to allow flavors to develop.
Optionally, strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter for a cleaner cup.
Customize your coffee with cream, sugar, or flavored syrups as desired.
Stir in your chosen ingredients, let it cool slightly, and enjoy your quick and easy microwave-brewed coffee!
